Secretary

Mrs. Keri Pannell was born in Alva, OK on December 29th.  She graduated from Woodward High School and also went to NWOSU.  She has one sister (Ericka) and one brother (Ryan).  Keri got married in 2007 to Billy Pannell who works for Targa Resources.  They have 3 children: Jordyn, Matthew, and Rowen.  They live in the country and have many animals including a rottweiler (Bailey), a chihuahua mix (Dobby), cats, chickens.   In her spare time, Keri ikes to fish, hunt, read, and play all kinds of games.   Keri is a big fan of OSU football and OKC Thunder.  She loves to watch anything that is paranormal.  Her favorive kinds of food include: Chinese, Mexican, fried foods, pizza, and pizza pockets.
